That's why I've developed a business model that combines project-based fees with a success fee to ensure that my clients receive the personalized support they need to achieve their goals. Here's how it works: clients can choose from three different project packages based on the length of time and intensity of support they need. Large: This package is designed for those who are looking for comprehensive, long-term support as they navigate their career journey. This package includes regular check-ins, customized career development plans, and access to a network of industry professionals. Medium: This package is geared towards those who need focused support on a specific aspect of their career, such as building their professional brand or preparing for a job interview. This package includes targeted coaching sessions and resources to help clients achieve their specific goals. Small: This package is for clients who are seeking a quick boost or need help with a specific task, such as updating their resume or LinkedIn profile. This package includes a single coaching session or task-based support. In addition to these project-based fees, I also offer a success fee for clients who are able to secure new employment, project, or product as a result of our work together. This fee is a percentage of the client's first year salary, or other income, and it is paid once the client starts or launches their new journey. This success fee ensures that my clients have the financial support they need to make a successful transition into their new roles and helps to motivate me to provide the highest level of support and guidance possible. I believe that this business model is a win-win for both myself and my clients. It allows clients to choose the level of support that best fits their needs and budget, and it ensures that I am able to provide customized, tailored support to help them succeed in their careers.
